Accessibility statement

Naxsol Enterprises Ltd is committed to making naxsolenterprises.it accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification software. The site is designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, although we do not claim certified conformance by a third-party body.

Measures taken

To make browsing more accessible we have adopted the following technical measures:

Semantic markup with a single <h1> per page, headings in hierarchical order and header, nav, main, footer landmarks.
Colour contrast checked between text and background on all main components, according to the minimum ratios required by WCAG 2.1 AA.
Visible focus styles on links, buttons and form fields, for people navigating with a keyboard.
ARIA attributes and screen-reader-only text (sr-only) where a visual label is not sufficient, for example on decorative icons and hidden section headings.
Full keyboard navigation of the main menu, the mobile menu, the FAQ accordion and the custom dropdown menus in forms.
Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion system preference: users who enable it do not see entrance animations or parallax effects.
Descriptive alternative text on all informative images; purely decorative images are marked as such so they are not announced by screen readers.
Forms with explicit labels, error messages linked to the field via aria-invalid and announced with role="alert", so the error is perceived even without seeing the screen.

Known limitations

Despite our ongoing commitment, some parts of the site may present accessibility limitations not yet resolved: content generated by third parties (for example, external widgets linked to a partner institution) may not fully meet the same standards adopted on the rest of the site. We are working to extend and periodically review the coverage of the measures listed above on every newly published page.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility difficulty on naxsolenterprises.it — insufficient contrast, an element unreachable by keyboard, missing alternative text or any other obstacle — write to us at info@naxsolenterprises.it, stating the page concerned and, if possible, the device or assistive technology used. We reply within 5 working days and, where the report is well-founded, we plan a fix as quickly as possible. This statement is reviewed at least once a year or after significant changes to the site.
